About RowdySportsCards
Built from a love of simpler cards—and the legends pictured on them.
I collected baseball cards growing up in the 2000s, but eventually packed them away and moved on from the hobby. When card collecting exploded in popularity after COVID, I pulled my old collection back out and quickly realized I had not exactly been collecting the right players—which may help explain why my Texas Rangers struggled so much during that era.
Modern collecting had also become difficult to follow, with countless parallels and variations for seemingly every card. That sent me down a rabbit hole in search of simpler times and cards featuring the all-time greats. Before long, I had developed a genuine love for vintage cards.
I started selling a few cards on eBay as a side hustle for my growing family, and that eventually became a full-scale eBay store. RowdySportsCards is a play on my name, D. Row, and it now represents the vintage-focused inventory and straightforward buying experience I want to provide collectors.
What I specialize in
Vintage first, with room for the occasional surprise.
My primary focus is pre-1980 baseball, although football, basketball, hockey, and newer cards occasionally find their way into the inventory.
I price cards using recent comparable eBay sales and try to keep asking prices fair and realistic. I also make condition transparency a priority, especially with lower-grade vintage cards.
My goal is simple: describe cards honestly, price them fairly, and help collectors find great vintage cards without making the process complicated.

Common bulk pricing is calculated per card at 25% below the average sale price.
